HYQL is a powder of being white. The

oxidation on the wall and bottom of the furnace must be removed in time,    

otherwise ,it will become a strong and tough oxides which usually damage the refractory material while cleaning.，and that the oxides presence will reduce the valid capacity of furnace.so the HYQL is the best flux for removing the oxides and build-up of flux.

 

 

1、Discharge the liquid alloys from furnace until the dross on the wall of the furnace can be seen. spread HYQL(above 0.2~0.5%)evenly over the surface. And the exact quantity required varies with the amount of dross present , metal temperature and furnace size.

2、The burners are burned on for approximately 10minuts to activate the flux before drossing .

3、After burning ,the soften dross is then skimmed and transferred out side of furnace.

4、If the furnace wall is cleanness ,spread HYQL on the wall once by the week.
